BUSINESS HOURS

My office hours are generally Monday through Thursday  from 9:30 AM to 12:00 Noon and from 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM. ALL OTHER HOURS ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY!

Except for the first FIVE business days of each month, Friday office hours are by appointment only.

The nature of my work requires that I spend a considerable amount of time in the field showing property for rent, doing property inspections, maintenance oversight and dealing with emergencies. You are welcome to drop by my office anytime during my published business hours, however, I do recommend that you call 805-988-8000 to make an appointment to insure that you will find me in the office.

Tenants with routine maintenance requests should contact me at 805-988-8000 during normal business hours.  If you miss me, leave a message and I will call you back.  If you like, you can email your ROUTINE maintenance requests to me at:  repair@coastpropertymanagement.com

IF YOU ARE A TENANT WITH A TRUE MAINTENANCE EMERGENCY AND CANNOT REACH ME AT MY MAIN BUSINESS NUMBER, 805-988-8000, THEN YOU SHOULD CALL 805-652-2315 AND AN OPERATOR WILL ASSIST YOU!
